Clinical Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy is an incredibly transformative, powerful tool, used to treat a variety of symptoms and help you to take back control of your thoughts, feelings and actions.

As a qualified clinical hypnotherapist and coach, my approach is compassionate, nurturing and thought provoking. I create a safe, judgement-free space for you to understand why you feel the way you feel, and let go of what’s no longer serving you. Sessions are incredibly healing, and the results speak for themselves. Life is too short to feel burdened by the ‘stuff’ that no longer matters, or lack the confidence to do what we want to do. I will help you to build a solid foundation from which you can develop courage, confidence and a truly empowered mindset.

I promise you there is nothing ‘woo woo’ about this process. You remain completely in control, and being ‘in hypnosis’ is exactly the same as being in a meditative state. We work with your unconscious mind to discover patterns in thoughts and behaviour, and use this as a catalyst for change. We are able to dig up ‘old stuff’ that feels so deeply rooted in you, and with my kind, encouraging and nurturing approach - we will create the space necessary to heal. I promise you will feel lighter and brighter as a result.

  • Confidence

    Develop the tools and techniques to enhance your confidence and mindset. It’s time to let go of feeling like you’re not good enough, and strengthen your sense of self. Using a combination of hypnotherapy and coaching, we will eliminate those feelings that are you making you feel like sh*t and let go of niggly, old thought patterns.

  • Public Speaking

    Wedding speeches, highly pressured performances and presentations need not fill you with fear. We will work through your anxieties, reframe your thoughts patterns and build your confidence in the lead-up to the event. Worries will be replaced with excitement as you say goodbye to those sleepless nights.

  • Trauma Release

    Painful experiences, relationships and traumas can live inside us and block us in ways we can’t rationally explain. I will safely and compassionately help you to release those feelings that no longer serve you, and in the process rid you of any feelings of guilt or shame you may be carrying.
